Carol A. McAllister, Partner, Governmental Services Department

Carol A. McAllister was admitted as a Partner of the Firm on July 1, 2005 and has over 18 years experience in the Governmental Services Department of the Firm. Her areas of expertise are in the audits of county and municipal governments, school districts, authorities, non-profit organizations and federal and state programs. She is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She is also licensed to practice as a Registered Municipal Accountant and as a Public School Accountant in New Jersey. She is a Certified Municipal Finance Officer with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Division of Local Government Services. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Widener University.

Experience: Carol is currently responsible for multiple county, municipal, school district, authority, county college and non-profit organization audits. She has extensive single audit experience and works on various federal and state grants at the County level. She also has experience in the preparation of official statements, verification reports and other special services for our clients.

Membership in Professional and Civic Organizations: Carol is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Registered Municipal Accountants’ Association of New Jersey. In the community, she has served as the Advancement Chairperson and Treasurer for Cub Scout Pack 220.

She is a resident of Washington Township with her husband, Jim, and their three children.
